Some wins might have been your favourite experiences, most memorable lightbulb moment of learning from a student, the most creative idea you put into actions this year or your own professional development goal you achieved. Challenges you have faced this year you may have already transformed them into to a series of wins, have a plan in place ready to action, or you’d like to hear from the group how they may have faced the same obstacle. We can’t wait to share these wins/challenges and celebrate them together.
