The Movement Assessment in Practice (MAP) platform, hosted on the VCAA website, was launched in 2023. We now invite  teachers to participate in a workshop that will provide the practical skills needed to plan and deliver effective and evidence-based motor skill assessment.  You will experience the full potential of the MAP platform, including using the platform to set up, assess, and analyse the data, and importantly using the data generated by the platform to inform teaching practice.  To fully immerse yourself, please bring a device, ideally a laptop (but it can also work with a phone or iPad), as well as your activewear and eagerness. Everything on the MAP is informed by teachers and the latest research,  and is designed to improve the teaching and learning of Fundamental Movement Skills.
